Who we are
Red Dragon Self Defense USA is a martial arts and self defense school at 801A Memorial Blvd, Springfield, TN 37172. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, fill out one of our forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram ads), or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a free class, book a session or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the program you are interested in and any message you send. If you book through our scheduling page we also receive the time you choose.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and confirm your class, send reminders, tell you about our programs and offers, and improve our website and advertising. We may contact you by phone, text message or email. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the school, such as our customer relationship and scheduling software, website hosting and advertising platforms, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Cookies and advertising
This website and our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) may use cookies and similar technologies to measure how ads perform and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you as a prospective or current student, or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing reddragonselfdefenseusa@gmail.com or calling (732) 757-8800.
